Riprap Under 3” – Over 18”

Riprap can be used as a permanent, erosion-resistant ground cover of large, loose, angular stone. This crushed rock has passed through a 12” screen and over a 3” screen. Riprap uses include protecting slopes, streambanks, channels, or areas subject to erosion by wave action. Due to concentrated runoff, rock riprap helps in protecting soil from erosion. It is also used to stabilize slopes and prevent seepage. It can increase the potential for infiltration by slowing the velocity of concentrated runoff.

These are washed. However, it will never be 100% free of silt but should rinse off easily once in place in your final project. Call us or send us a message for details.
